The Guelph Black Heritage Society (GBHS) presents its Dream Makers Youth Program again this summer. The GBHS desires to provide a safe haven for our young people – an area to develop friendships, to learn from their mentors and to allow them the opportunity to feed their souls by creating a space to have the freedom to be creative, the freedom to dream and the freedom to realise anything is possible.
The program is free of charge and will take place in-person at Heritage Hall (83 Essex St, Guelph) from 10:00 am – 2:00pm. The camp will run two sessions, from July 7 – 18 and August 11 – 22. We will be accepting registrations until July 2, 2025. There will be snacks and a pizza lunch on Fridays.
This program is open to all members of the community and there is no charge to register. Space is limited.
There is no fee to register, donations are welcome.
Donations go towards the GBHS Heart & Soul Campaign. The Heritage Hall Heart & Soul Campaign is a significant fundraising effort to expand and revitalize resources and programming at the GBHS.
