Lift Every Voice – Black Heritage Celebration
Join us for an unforgettable evening of music and stories that celebrate resilience, culture, and community. Grounded in the theme:
Remembering the Past, Reflecting on the Present, and Reimagining the Future.
This in-person event creates space to honour the voices and journeys that have shaped us. Enjoy performances by:
- Carlos Morgan – JUNO Award–winning artist
- Verese Vassell-Bowen
- Michelle Adams
Each artist will share music inspired by lived experiences, legacies, and hopes for the future.
We will also be honouring community builder Lauris DaCosta with the Lifetime Legacy Award, recognizing her extraordinary service and the lasting impact she has made on our community.
Event Details
Date & Time: Appetizers featuring cherished Caribbean favourites from Open Appetite Catering will be served from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. The concert begins at 7pm.
